This policy explains what personal data NetFeedz collects through netfeedz.com, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the report request form:

We do not collect sensitive data and do not run any advertising profiling.
Your data is kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for the duration of our business relationship, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or a deletion request from you applies.

Some transfers outside the European Union (Netlify) are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to bonjour@netfeedz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
The NetFeedz site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site (provided by the host) may be set. To be updated if an analytics tool is added.
